Our Communities

For more than a century and a half, New Bremen and New Knoxville have been excellent places to call home.  During the 1830s, the first German immigrants began to build their towns at New Bremen (1832) and New Knoxville (1836).

Since the arrival of those first German immigrants, our communities have grown and prospered.  With a combined population of nearly 4,000, they represent the very best in small town America.

The legacy of those German pioneers - strong faith, hard work, and a dedication to excellence - continues today,  making our communities truly excellent places to call home.

Our club has made arrangements to offer you a brand new community resource over the internet, a New Bremen Area Walking Map!  You can view it online or print it.  Check it out, but please note that it's a large file due to the level of detail contained.  Those with dial-up internet access beware!
