Christy Shell, Principal and Senior Consultant for Team Ascent Consulting in New Bremen OH addressed the to share about the organization she started back in 1998.  She brings 20 years of experience to the business which she started in Cincinnati and moved to this area 2 years ago.

 The consulting work is aimed at improved workplace relations and they work with individuals, work teams, organizations, etc. to teach leadership skills.  This is an important area of focus since the 2 main reasons employees leave their jobs is that they either quit their boss because they feel that they are not valued by him or there are other negative work relationships.
